description/
This summer, music-lovers and culture-seekers can view live classical music performances with free outdoor concerts from the New York Philharmonic. For 44 years, the Philharmonic has held free public concerts at parks throughout the five boroughs. While financial constraints have caused the organization to move two concert programs to indoor venues this year (in Staten Island and Queens), all concerts are still free. Performances in Central Park, Prospect Park and Van Cortlandt Park will be followed by fireworks.
