Looking for a fun and fresh way to spend Mother's Day? Take a tip—or two—from local celeb moms Cynthia Rowley and Liya Kebede, who each have designed their days around dining, shopping and getting outdoors with the family. To take a break from her busy schedule, designer Cynthia Rowley plans on working up a sweat on her own bicycle built for three, while model/child health advocate Liya Kebede opts for a day of cooling off with the kids in the sprinklers at a Central Park playground. What both moms agree on: good dessert is a must (Ciao Bella gelato for Rowley and ice cream from Sant Ambroeus for Kebede). So go ahead, spend the day in style with the following suggestions from these two Manhattan moms and make the most of the holiday.
