- 1 pound chopped beef
- 1 pound chopped veal
- 1 pound chopped pork
- 1 cup Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup chopped parsley
- 2 cups diced Spanish onions
- 6 eggs
- ¼ pound bread crumbs
- Marinara sauce
- Preheat the oven to 400ºF. In a large bowl, mix all the ingredients, except the marinara sauce, together.
- Roll the meat mixture into meatballs of desired size. Fry the meatballs until the outsides are browned. Place the meatballs in a large pan filled with the marinara sauce.
- Bake the meatballs and sauce for 30 minutes.
Makes: about 20 meatballs
