For travelers stranded due to the Icelandic volcano's disruption of air service, New York CityPass, in cooperation with its partner attractions, is waiving the standard nine-day validity period for its ticket booklets. Until the ash cloud dissipates and air travel returns to normal, stranded travelers should identify themselves at the participating attractions when purchasing and/or using their New York CityPass. The attraction's staff will mark the booklet, indicating that the validity period has been waived. New York CityPass booklets include admission tickets to the Empire State Building, The Museum of Modern Art (MoMA), The Metropolitan Museum of Art, American Museum of Natural History, the Statue of Liberty and Ellis Island or a Circle Line Sightseeing Cruise, and the Solomon R.
