Celebrate the legacy of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. by checking out the Activist New York exhibition, which examines the work of New Yorkers in the fight for freedom and equality over the last 350 years. Prominent figures in the civil rights movement here included Milton Galamison, Ella Baker and Bayard Rustin. After visiting the display, create your own protest poster for an issue important to you.

Registration is suggested but not required, and participation is free with museum admission.
