description/

Barbara Bloom has been known throughout her career as someone who has studied the value and perception of objects. For this exhibit, which takes over four of the Jewish Museum's galleries, she looked through more than 25,000 items from the museum's collection that include photography, graphic design, and film. This installation is planned as the first in a series that will invite contemporary artists to engage with the permanent collection. For more information, visit thejewishmuseum.org.
