Doña Flor y Sus Dos Maridos tells the story of the widow Doña Flor, who remarries and—with some help from magical realism—is able to live with both husbands simultaneously, combining the security of her current husband with the sexual passion of her deceased husband. Described by The New York Times as “raucous and bawdy…the party onstage was contagious,” the play is performed in Spanish, with live English translation available.
