A roundup of Tony winner Richard Nelson’s series of plays focused on the Apple family, chronicling the fictional clan’s lives with a new production each year since 2010. Each intimate visit with the Rhinebeck, New York, family finds them reflecting on their lives against a backdrop of political change. The first three Apple plays—That Hopey Changey Thing, Sweet and Sad and Sorry—are revived with the original critically lauded cast, while the fourth and final play in the series, Regular Singing, has its world premiere.
