The New York Public Library for the Performing Arts is the brain power behind this five-month festival of theater, dance, music and film from Central and Eastern Europe. Featuring more than 20 events at venues all over town, the festival considers the revolutionary power of the arts during the demise of communism in the Czech Republic, Germany, Hungary, Poland and other countries.
