  • The creator of the Cronut has a new bakery in the West Village where chefs make tantalizing desserts before your very eyes. There are no lines yet (mainly because the popular doughnut-croissant hybrid is not sold here), but it's only a matter of time before another imaginative pastry takes flight and changes that.
