After a movie at the Sunshine, Cellar 58 is a good place to repair to for a glass of wine, flaky breadsticks and light Italian-style snacks. The chef is Andrea Tiberi, from Umbria, who features the region's signature flatbread sandwiches with fillings like prosciutto, mozzarella and arugula. He also cherry-picks from other regions of Italy (polenta with porcini and truffle pâté, risotto, lasagna Bolognese). Specials from farther afield—Spanish-style paella, for instance—are inspired by his travels. The extensive wine list hop-skips all over the world, with less of a markup than you'll find at similar wine bars.
