  • Fridays: $2 for a single-ride ticket (one way), $3 for a round-trip ticket, $6 for a family ride ticket (one way), good for up to two adults and two children over the age of three. Children under three ride for free. Saturdays and Sundays: $6 for a single-ride ticket (one way), $10 for a round-trip ticket, $15 for a family ride ticket (one way), good for up to two adults and two children over the age of three. This summer, spend your weekends exploring New York by boat—and stop off at some of the City's prettiest waterfront areas. In conjunction with NYHarborWay, New York Water Taxi will run a ferry service from Manhattan to Brooklyn, with stops at Governors Island (on Fridays only) and the newly opened Brooklyn Bridge Park. The ferry runs every weekend through Labor Day, with discounted fares on Fridays. For a complete schedule, please see below:

DUMBO/Fulton Ferry Landing: departs at :00 and :30 of each hour
South Street Seaport: departs at :08 and :38 of each hour
Governors Island Pier 101: departs at :18 and :48 of each hour
Pier 6/Atlantic Avenue: departs at :23 and :53 of each hour

Saturdays and Sundays
Service runs 11:35am–5:55pm
DUMBO/Fulton Ferry Landing: departs at :05 and :35 of each hour
South Street Seaport: departs at :15 and :45 of each hour
Pier 6/Atlantic Avenue: departs at :25 and :55 of each hour
