The glossy dining room at Artisanal looks every inch a Parisian bistro, and the specialty tickles your nose right the door: Over 200 cheeses, enshrined behind glass cabinets. The precious varieties work their way into nearly every menu offering, from fondues made from Swiss or Stilton, to a signature onion soup, with three onions and three cheeses, to a dessert tart crusted in cheddar. There are, of course, masterful bistro classics, including duck a l’orange and steak frites.
