Open since 2006, Bistro Chat Noir is described as “a taste of Montmarte on the Upper East Side” with its chic atmosphere and top-notch French cuisine. Patrons flock to Bistro Chat Noir for the roasted chick au jus and French onion soup gratine as well as for celebrity sightings. (Steven Spielberg, Woody Allen and Gwyneth Paltrow have all been served here.) The Sunday brunch menu includes seared yellowfin tuna nicoise and French toast with nutella and raspberry filling.
