At Paowalla, a lovely and sophisticated establishment in Soho, Cardoz offers an exciting roster of wood-oven baked naan (don’t miss the bread stuffed with bacon) and shareable plates of seasonal squash blossom pakoras, curry leaf chicken tikka with lemon chutney and fiery pork ribs vindaloo.
