Manhattan’s west side has seen enormous growth since the High Line was renovated in 2009. Hudson Yards continues this tradition of revitalization with more than 17 million square feet of residential and office space, shopping, dining, a public school, a hotel and 14 acres of new parks. The various components of the development will open in stages, and it is projected for a 2024 completion. Hudson Yards extends from 30th to 34th Streets between Tenth and Twelfth Avenues, with approximately 4,000 residential spaces up for grabs. For the rest of us, it will be a new space in which to convene, mingle and enjoy a whole new part of Manhattan.
