Owner Antonio Capone lovingly creates all of the artisanal fresh pasta that comes out of this quaint little shop in Park Slope. The grandson of a pasta maker from Abruzzo, Capone takes his craft very seriously, creating fresh dough each morning that is rolled and cut to order. All of the shop’s ingredients are either locally made or come direct from Italy. On the menu: ravioli, gnocchi and a daily pasta selection. Our advice is to get there early before he sells out for the day.
