February is Black History Month, and there are celebrations going on throughout the City. Watch nycgo.com for further updates, but in the meantime read about an exhibition of African-American art, entertaining evenings at the Apollo Theater and a show of works by renowned Nigerian artist El Anatsui. Also in arts and culture, celebrate the 100th anniversary of Grand Central Terminal and the annual Lunar New Year Parade and Festival. Those who'd rather eat and drink are in luck: New York City Beer Week runs from February 22 to March 3, while the City Bakery Hot Chocolate Festival goes all month long. View the full slideshow for more information on these and February's other happenings.
