Annual Christmas Tree and Neapolitan Baroque Crèche
November 26–January 6, 2014
To take part in a New York City Christmas tradition unlike any other, go to the Medieval Sculpture Hall at The Metropolitan Museum of Art. You'll see a tree dotted with cherubs and angels, surrounded by a detailed Neapolitan Nativity scene composed of more than 200 figures fashioned in the 18th century. Complemented by seasonal music and tree-lighting ceremonies, it's a true holiday delight.
