Jimmy's No. 43 Cassoulet Cook-off

Few dishes are as hearty—or as seasonally appropriate—as cassoulet. The masterminds at Jimmy's No. 43 in the East Village are well aware of cassoulet's abilities to keep winter's chill at bay and have organized this fifth-annual cook-off to honor that quality. Professional and amateur chefs alike compete against each other for accolades from a panel of judges (as well as people's choice awards). Proceeds benefit a Grow NYC Greenmarket program.
