The holidays are (nearly) upon us, and New York City is the best place for tree lightings, train shows, one-of-a-kind gifts and more. Take the world-famous Radio City Christmas Spectacular, where the Rockettes have been performing for more than 85 years, or the wonderfully intricate and beautiful New York Botanical Garden Holiday Train Show. And, of course, the Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade is one of the City’s greatest traditions. But November isn’t all about the start of the holiday season; it’s also a time to laugh, with performances taking place all around Manhattan as part of the New York Comedy Festival, and two stand-up shows starring Kevin James in Staten Island.
