  • Henri Bendel
It doesn't get any more glitterati NYC than Henri Bendel's holiday window, which honors Al Hirschfeld, known for his expert celebrity caricatures that appeared in publications such as The New Yorker and Playbill. Sculptures of Hirschfeld’s illustrations of quintessential New York figures (Audrey Hepburn as Holly Golightly, Woody Allen and so on) gather 'round a festive table for an eclectic celebration. The store, well known for its bright baubles and accessories, is also exhibiting a selection of Hirschfeld's drawings; if you're looking to kill time while picking up some stocking stuffers, try to find the hidden "Ninas" (his daughter's name) within them. —Patricia Tisak
