Must-Try Sandwiches (Part Deux)

Since our last survey, a fistful of new sandwich specialists have cropped up all over NYC. There's Parm, a spin-off of Torrisi Italian Specialties in Little Italy; Zito's Sandwich Shoppe, which channels the spirit of Little Italy in Brooklyn; Queens Kickshaw in Astoria, which raises grilled cheese to a level of art; and Murray Hill's The Cannibal, which serves up a luscious grilled cheese with bacon and pork belly. That's to say nothing of the great ham-and-cheese at Dickson's Farmstand Meats at Chelsea Market and the blissful pastrami sandwiches at Boerum Hill's Mile End and Katz's Delicatessen on the Lower East Side.
