With everything from pro-level exercise equipment to rooftop yoga and personalized runs through Central Park, hotel fitness has never been more challenging or varied. Gone are the days when travelers had to make do with shabby workout equipment in dingy rooms. Today, hotels are investing in top-of-the-line equipment and top-level trainers. (Some guest rooms are even designed with fitness in mind.) For travelers, that means fitness regimens that rival routines at their own gyms back at home.
