Pro and novice athletes alike will feel equally at home at the Sheraton New York Hotel & Towers, where they can find a newly developed fitness program in partnership with Core Performance. Part of the brand's larger $150 million renovation, it includes exercise options both in the gym and the guest room. In the former, Core Performance has designed a series of 20- to 30-minute workouts to target specific needs and incorporate exercise into busy schedules. In the latter, guests can choose from four Video On Demand fitness regiments on the hotel's internal television network as well as order a "workout in a bag" kit, which includes exercise essentials such as mats, resistance bands and massage sticks. Core Performance has also created a series of healthful meals—yes, you can have them delivered via room service—to help ensure that your results aren't sabotaged by cravings for a midnight ice cream sundae.
