The esteemed Eleven Madison Park and wd~50 are incubators for progressive young turks, and this month we're checking out some of the new places their alumni have launched. One has landed in an unlikely part of Queens, cooking up incredible Vietnamese food. Another has gone the swanky route, opening a gorgeous modern American restaurant near Carnegie Hall.
