Anthos is a rarity, serving hyper-refined, buzzed-about Greek food. As you’d expect, seafood figures prominently on the long menu: The lobster macaronia arrives alongside Greek pasta, smoked mushrooms, and kefalotiri, a tangy Greek cheese; appetizers include an array of raw fish, imbued with classic Mediterranean flavors, such as tuna with coriander, lemon and cucumber. Not that there isn’t meat, and lamb in particular: The fork-tender lamb saddle is brightened by cinnamon, tomato and cauliflower.
