The Art Dealers Association of America (ADAA) is a nonprofit membership organization of the nation's leading galleries in the fine arts. Founded in 1962, ADAA seeks to promote the highest standards of connoisseurship, scholarship and ethical practice within the profession. In addition to the many exhibitions hosted by its member galleries and the annual Art Show, ADAA sponsors an ongoing program of public events. Throughout the year, ADAA organizes forums on various topics of interest to collectors and the art world at large. ADAA offers appraisals for estate and charitable gift purposes, fair market value and insurance.
