Downsizing has come to the dessert world in the form of tiny cupcakes. Not at all like the baseball-size confections at Magnolia Bakery, cupcakes baked by Melissa Bushell can basically be eaten in one bite, maybe two. She started out by selling from a shop window in SoHo and graduated to this small storefront where nine varieties are on offer. They're cute as can be, great for a snack or to bring to a party. Flavors include cookies & cream, red velvet and peanut butter cup.
