Bar Eolo serves contemporary Sicilian cuisine. The Chelsea eatery takes pride in its ingredients, sourcing from local farmers whenever possible. Foods such as bread, pasta, ricotta and all desserts—including gelato and cannoli—are prepared in-house. The restaurant's menus are seasonally driven and change monthly to offer local produce but also to reflect the Sicilian cultural calendar. Eolo specializes in seafood with re-imagined traditional Sicilian dishes, like seafood couscous, swordfish involtini, pasta with sardines, black squid-ink pasta and tuna with caponata. The restaurant also offers gluten-free pasta to accompany any of its signature sauces.
