New York City is made up of five boroughs: the Bronx, Brooklyn, Manhattan, Queens and Staten Island. Each one has enough attractions—and enough personality—to be a city all its own. Learn more about them with this guide.
Past the holiday shopping stalls and stands selling hot chocolate is a glassed-in, limited-run café and bar with prime views of The Pond at Bryant Park (the skating rink behind the New York Public Library). The outdoor terrace is a scenic spot to enjoy a glass of sparkling wine and celebrate the season, thanks to the heat lamps. Indoors is ultramodern and lounge-y, with a cocktail bar, balcony seating and a kitchen turning out cold-weather fare like clam chowder, fried calamari and macaroni and cheese gratin. Celsius closes for the season on February 26, 2012.
