Enjoy fresh raw octopus and cucumber splashed with a tangy ponzu sauce; hot, crisp panfried dumplings are perfect for dunking in nutty soy-sesame dip. Cocktails include Asian flavors as well, like the Choga-ginseng (ginseng wine, plum wine and peppy mint sprigs) and the Choga-politan, made with soju , Midori, Cointreau and fresh lime.
