Chef Ed Brown is well respected for his high-end, seasonal cooking at Eighty One. Now he's bringing more fine eats to the Upper West Side with Ed's Chowder House. His seafood pedigree is a fine one: Brown headed up Rockefeller Center's Sea Grill for years.
