Ember Room offers a fresh twist on Asian-American BBQ. The menu was created by renowned chefs Ian Chalermkittichai and Todd English, and the focal point of the restaurant is the "baby hearth," the open kitchen area that's centered around a custom-built grill oven made of clay bricks, volcanic rocks and natural stone. This is the latest venture of NYC-based restaurateurs Ace Watanasuparp and Chatchai Huadwattana, who have similarly brought exciting Asian fusion to their other New York restaurants, including Obao, Spot Dessert Bar and Social Eatz.
