New York City is made up of five boroughs: the Bronx, Brooklyn, Manhattan, Queens and Staten Island. Each one has enough attractions—and enough personality—to be a city all its own. Learn more about them with this guide.
Fountain Gallery is the premier venue in New York City representing artists with mental illness. This nonprofit space exhibits and sells art by a core group of 40 artists, supported by a small staff and numerous community volunteers. Agnes Gund, President Emerita of The Museum of Modern Art (MoMA) has commended Fountain Gallery as "a place where you can view fine works of art made by a group of excellent artists." See website for current exhibition.
