Frying Pan

Pier 66 (Twelfth Ave. and 26th St.)
New York, NY 10001

description/

Built in 1929, this ship was abandoned for a decade in the Chesapeake Bay. It sank and spent three years submerged before being raised in the late '80s, sold to its present owners in New York City and turned into a seasonal bar and grill/dance club with amazing river views. Make sure to tell that whole story to your date as you partake of the Pan's beers on tap, seafood and excellent french fries.
