Chung and Grau (previously of Mesa Grill and the Odeon, respectively) have been welcomed in turn by a neighborhood hungry for stylish grub. A community garden donates fresh mint for mojitos, and Pratt students swarm in for Sunday"s $11.95 mimosa brunches. The Grand"s 2am closing time never fails to disappoint late-night partyers. The good news is, they can always get some shut-eye and come back at 11am, when the doors open for breakfast.
