Prolific producer John Chatterton has been a fixture of the Manhattan theater scene for two decades. Through his monthly Short Play Labs and twice-yearly theater festivals he has helped nurture shows from their inception through their eventual development into critically and commercially successful productions. The Midtown International Theatre Festival has become known for presenting powerful works from around the world—and for being a super reason to come to New York in the summer. MITF celebrates its 15th anniversary July 14–August 10, 2014 with 57 productions and more than 200 performances.
