New York City is made up of five boroughs: the Bronx, Brooklyn, Manhattan, Queens and Staten Island. Each one has enough attractions—and enough personality—to be a city all its own. Learn more about them with this guide.
Chef/owner Didier Pawlicki lived in the hotel of his parents in the Pyrenees Mountains in France from the age of 6 to 16, when he left to attend the French Culinary School in Toulouse. His menu at La Sirène is crafted to reflect the best of South France and the freshest ingredients of the season. Since its opening in 2007, the restaurant's focus has been on French Southern homemade styles and quality ingredients (Cuisine Bourgeoise) paired with a respectable wine list and friendly, professional service.
