You never know what you'll find on the rotating menu of curries, vegetarian side dishes and sweets at this tiny Indian takeout shop. One day it might be a supremely tender (and aptly named) butter chicken in a mild tomato-based sauce, followed by chocolate-jasmine pudding. The next day you mightspot spicy keema mattar (ground lamb with peas). Some constants remain: Flaky paratha flatbreads with slightly charred edges are available with five different fillings, including cauliflower, cheese and daikon. And of course there are lassis, thick yogurt drinks in a variety of flavors, including traditional mango, coffee, rose and, best of all, the wildly fragrant cardamom.
