Housed in a stunning, historic loft on the legendary Bowery, Lila Yoga, Dharma & Wellness offers a holistic range of services, like raw food meal delivery and a program to help new mothers after giving birth. But at Lila’s heart is a yoga studio that offers prenatal, Kundalini and children’s and basic yoga classes, as well as popular meditation classes. A portion of the center’s proceeds are donated to support women's health care at a small childbirth clinic in Bali, Indonesia.
