Who says you can't get an incredible lobster roll in the heart of downtown Manhattan? Thanks to Luke Holden, whose eponymous fish shack recently opened in the East Village, and whose father owns a company called Portland Shellfish, there's an abundance of Maine shellfish available on a daily basis. Aside from the aforementioned lobster rolls, diners can dive into crab rolls, shrimp rolls and the popular seafood boat, where you get a taste of everything, plus chips and a drink.
