Local cool kids--and some refreshingly room-temperature types as well--crowd the scruffy basement (the "den" part) of a popular Chinese restaurant (the "bistro" part) all week long. Thursday through Saturday, entertainment might include an acoustic house band, spoken-word or party-jam DJs, and there's Sunday-night hip-hop karaoke.
