Macelleria, opened in the heart of the Meatpacking District in 2000, is a family-owned and operated restaurant specializing in prime dry-aged steaks and northern Italian cuisine. The venue boasts a subterranean wine cellar perfect for private parties, meetings and corporate events for up to 80 people. For smaller groups, the chef’s table—situated in the meat locker—provides a semi-private spot that puts guests in the middle of the action. They also can provide off-premise catering for 10–1000 guests.
