Owner Hannah Kurland is known to shorten hems or alter pieces (which mostly date from the 1960s to the 1980s) to make them more wearable--and save you the hassle of taking them to a tailor. Peppy rainbow walls, well-spaced racks and jillions of shoe displays make rummaging a breeze. Prices start around $50 and go up to $500, but the majority of the pieces fall between $75 and $150.
