At the new Milk & Cookies Bakery in the West Village, husband-and-wife team Marc and Jennifer Limotte are baking cookies to order and letting customers choose their own ingredients (like nuts, M&Ms, white chocolate and raisins). If you can"t decide on a combo, opt instead for one of the couple"s preconceived cookies or brownies--like cream cheese, peppermint or turtle fudge. Even the milk here gets special treatment; it"s organic and supplied by Ronnybrook Farm Dairy in upstate New York.
