It's dark and spacious, full of dressed-down Upper East Siders sliding into booths or clustering at the red-tiled bar, which is where you'll find TVs tuned to sports and about 150 types of tequila. Margaritas are $5 at happy hour. Nachos, burritos, fajitas, tacos, quesadillas and enchiladas are not dirt-cheap, but they're of good quality and carefully constructed.
