For $150 a session, you can hone your skills in classes like Vietnamese Market Place, Rustic Brunch or Soul Kitchen-then chow down on the fruits of your labor. If you're too timid to cook for a crowd, trained professionals take over once a month and cook a themed meal; "Blue Tango" night on September 24 will include grilled pork loin with poached figs and sweet corn tamales.
