Current exhibitions include Lieutenant Joseph Petrosino and his heroic stand against the Black Hand, a photography exhibition of rare images from AP photographers documenting 9/11 and an exhibition on the history of policing from the Dutch rattlewatch of the 1650s to modern NYPD. Temporarily relocated—their landmark building at 100 Old Slip, which housed the NYPD's 1st Precinct, is closed for renovations.
