Todd English’s New York flagship located at the W Union Square has been serving up his interpretive Mediterranean cuisine since 2000. Olives offers English’s classic Italian cooking traditions as well as modern Mediterranean dishes under the direction of Executive Chef Bobby Griffing. The menu emphasizes seasonality and the freshest ingredients from the neighboring Greenmarket. The menu features light but tantalizing small plates and creatively composed large plates with preparations both contemporary and classic.
